UBBO is useful in preventing unwanted/annoying trips (gas/drive time/checkout lines) to the grocery store because I ran out of something that I probably should have already had, which happens more than I’d like. I typically purchase items in bulk, but don’t keep track of inventory, which leads to being short when you really need it. As often as you tell us to. Every couple of months, every 5 weeks, every 15 days? You tell us when and we make sure it gets shipped to you on time.

You will be charged immediately once you sign up. Then you will be charged 3-5 days before the date you stated for the next box to be shipped.

No, you only need to sign up once until you decide to cancel your subscription. Note that you can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties.

Your box will be shipped in 3-5 business days after the payment clears.

At the moment UBBO is only able to ship to the state of Georgia, US. We are working hard to expand shipping to the whole of the United States as fast as possible. If you want to keep up with where we expand shipping to, sign up to our newsletter to get these notifications and more.

If something is wrong with your UBBO box we are here to fix the issue and offer a solution that satisfies you as our valued customer. If the box you received has the wrong products in it, is heavily damaged or any other issue, please reach out to us here and let us know as soon as possible.

Once we ship your UBBO box, the carrier is responsible for its delivery. Please refer to the tracking number offered in your latest receipt to know exactly where your box is at.

You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties. Flexibility and control is what we want to offer to our customers. Please, make sure you cancel your subscription before the next payment cycle as we do not offer refunds.

After you make sure what products you want in your box and when you want them delivered, that’s it! Now it’s on us. You can forget about this mundane, predictable task, unless of course you want to change something about your box.

Of course! Just type in the person’s name and address in the box’s shipping information and we will make sure it gets to them.
